This website is operated by Nex Solar LLC (“Nex Solar”). These terms describe use of the website and consultation request service. Please also read our Privacy Policy and, if you choose text messages, our SMS terms.

Information and consultations

The website provides general information about residential solar and a way to request a consultation. Submitting a form is not an installation order, a financing application, a scheduled appointment, or a binding quote. Any purchase, installation, financing, equipment warranty, or other project commitment requires a separate written agreement with the identified provider.

Availability and estimates

We offer solar consultations across the United States. Actual project availability varies by property, local requirements, utility, and service providers. System output and savings depend on factors including shading, weather, equipment, energy use, utility rates, financing, and maintenance. We do not guarantee savings, a zero utility bill, financing approval, incentive eligibility, or project timing. Verify financial and tax questions with your own qualified adviser.

Your use of the site

Provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. You must be at least 18 to submit a consultation request. Do not submit another person’s information without permission, misuse the form, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the site. We may limit abusive or unlawful use.

Communications

A consultation request asks us to respond to your inquiry using the email or phone details you provide. SMS enrollment requires a separate, optional checkbox selection. Neither SMS checkbox is required to request a consultation or purchase. Your consent is specific to Nex Solar LLC and is not permission for unrelated companies to market to you.

Site content and availability

Site content is provided for general informational use. We aim to keep it accurate, but information can change or contain errors and the site may be temporarily unavailable. Solar imagery is illustrative and does not represent a completed Nex Solar installation unless expressly identified as such. Site names, designs, and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws; third-party assets remain owned by their respective owners.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee that every item of information is complete or suited to your situation. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate project agreements control the products and services described in those agreements.
