SMS terms

The Nex Solar messaging program is operated by Nex Solar LLC. Enrollment is optional and specific to the choices you make on our consultation form.

What you can choose

Informational messages: updates about your solar inquiry, appointments, and requested services, if you select the informational text checkbox.

Marketing messages: information about Nex Solar products, services, and offers, if you select the separate marketing text checkbox. Checking one box does not enroll you in the other program.

Your consent

By selecting a text checkbox and submitting your phone number, you authorize Nex Solar LLC to send the selected categories of text messages, including through automated technology, to that number. You confirm that you are at least 18 and are the subscriber or authorized user of the number. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can request a consultation with neither box checked.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, services, and selected program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Nex Solar does not charge a separate fee for messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and other factors; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop messages

Reply STOP to any program message to opt out of Nex Solar texts sent through that program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. No further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Call (951) 203-4057 if you need help stopping messages or your number has changed.

Your information

We keep a record of your consent selections. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their marketing or promotional use. Providers delivering messages on our behalf may process data only to perform that service. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

Program availability and changes

Messaging is available only through supported numbers and carriers. We may change or discontinue the program and will provide notice or request new consent where required. These terms do not authorize messages beyond the scope of the consent you gave.
